【摘 要】目的：观察支气管扩张咯血患者中心理护理的实施效果。方法：本次研究对象为88例支气管扩张咯血患者，随机分为两组，对照组44例实施常规护理，观察组44例予以常规护理结合心理护理，观察评价两组护理效果。结果：观察组患者的再出血发生率以及护理后的SAS、SDS评分低于对照组对照组，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：临床予以支气管扩张咯血患者心理护理干预，可有效缓解患者的负性情绪，减少再出血发生，护理效果显著。
