【摘 要】目的：分析160例儿童癫痫临床疗效影响因素和康复治疗效果。方法：从我院2014年8月-2017年8月收治癫痫患儿中抽取160例，将其随机分成两组：药物治疗对照组80例， 同种药物治疗辅以康复治疗观察组80例，比对分析两组的治疗结果和影响疗效的因素。结果：影响癫痫患儿治疗效果的因素包括家长文化程度(31.3%)、诊疗意识(30.0%)、按嘱复诊(18.8%)、坚持用药(15.6%)、其他(4.3%)；观察组好转率为95.0%(76/80)，高于对照组的82.5%(66/80)，有统计差异(P<0.05)。结论：影响癫痫患儿临床疗效的因素比较多，在药物治疗的基础上实施康复治疗能提高治疗结果，改善预后，值得推广。
