【摘 要】目的：研究并对比对同时合并幽门螺杆菌感染的十二指肠溃疡患者使用左氧氟沙星以及甲硝唑进行治疗的疗效。方法：本次研究纳入的92例病患均來自于2016年10月-2017年12月间本院接诊病患，均经相关检查确诊为十二指肠溃疡且合并幽门螺杆菌(HP)感染情况，依据信封法分组，均接受常规给药治疗，同时对照组采取甲硝唑治疗，观察组使用左氧氟沙星治疗，各46例。结果：对比症状消失时间、HP转阴时间、HP根除率、药物不良反应发生率、治疗总有效率等指标，均提示差异显著(P<0.05)，观察组所得结果更佳。结论：左氧氟沙星治疗合并幽门螺杆菌感染的十二指肠溃疡效果良好可有效提高治疗效果且具有良好安全性，临床应用价值高于甲硝唑。
