【摘 要】目的：探讨哌拉西林/他唑巴坦治疗老年呼吸道感染的效果。方法：选取2017/3-2018/3来我院治疗的300例老年呼吸道感染患者作为研究对象，按照治疗方法不同将两组患者均分成对照组和治疗组。对照组患者接手左氧氟沙星药物治疗，观察组患者接受哌拉西林/他唑巴坦药物治疗。治疗2周后，对比两组治疗效果与不良反应情况。结果：治疗组患者的临床治疗总有效率显著高于对照组，而不良反应的发生率明显低于对照组，两组差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：哌拉西林/他唑巴坦是较为理想的老年呼吸道感染治疗药物，能够提升临床疗效，缓解患者症状，优化生活质量，有着理想的应用价值。
