【摘 要】目的：探究胃肠癌患者术后早期的康复指导训练方法及效果。方法：选择我院自2015年7月至2018年3月收治的105例胃肠癌患者作为研究对象，所有患者均行手术治疗，术后将其随机分成对照组(52例)和研究组(53例)，对照组采用常规护理干预，研究组采用常规护理联合早期康复指导训练护理，对比两组患者护理效果。结果：研究组患者术后运动功能、生活治质量评分及对护理工作的总满意率均明显高于对照组，研究组患者住院时间、并发症发生率明显短于(或小于)对照组，两组对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论：胃肠癌患者术后对其进行早期的康复指导训练干预，不仅能有效提高其机体运动功能和生活质量，同时还能降低患者术后并发症发生率和缩短其预后周期。
