【摘 要】目的：探讨下颌近中阻生智齿拔除中应用微创拔牙法的效果。方法：选取202例我院接收的下颌近中阻生智齿病例，就诊时间为2016年5月至2017年5月期间，随机分为对照组(n=101，予以传统拔牙)与观察组(n=101，予以微创拔牙法)，对手术效果进行观察。结果：相比于对照组，观察组患者手术时间显著要短，拔牙窝完整性显著要好、肿胀度及张口受限度、疼痛度显著要小，均有统计学意义(P<0.05)；相比于对照组，观察组畏惧率及干槽症、颞下颌关节区疼痛发生率显著要低(P<0.05)。结论：下颌近中阻生智齿拔除中应用微创拔牙法的效果显著，具有临床推广价值。
