【摘 要】目的：探討手术治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效，并对手术相关经验进行总结。方法：回顾性分析60例高血压脑出血患者的临床资料，根据手术情况评价手术治疗效果，分析影响治疗效果的因素。结果：60例患者术后恢复良好17例，轻残20例，重残11例，植物生存状态5例，死亡7例。结论：高血压脑出血手术死亡率略高，影响手术效果的因素很多，采用早期手术或超早期手术可有效降低死亡率。
