【摘 要】：目的：研究优质护理服务在脑梗塞护理中的应用效果及护理措施。方法：选取我院脑梗塞患者78例，按照入院顺序奇偶数随机分为实验组和常规组各39例，常规组采用日常常规性护理，实验组在常规护理基础上对患者实施优质护理服务，对比两组患者护理前后不良情绪、生活质量评分与运动能力评分以及临床护理满意度。结果：实验组患者采用优质护理服务后，患者SAS评分与SDS评分明显低于常规组，患者生活质量评分与运动能力评分也明显高于常规组，临床护理总满意率也明显高于常规组，P<0.05，具有统计学意义。结论：对脑梗塞患者实施优质护理服务能有效纾解其自身不良情绪，改善患者生活质量，使其运动能力得以显著提高，从而改善护患关系，提高临床护理满意度，具有临床推广应用价值。

    Abstract ： Objective： To study the application effect and nursing measures of high quality nursing service in cerebral infarction nursing. Methods： A total of 78 patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were randomly divided into experimental group and routine group according to odds and even number of hospital admissions.
