【摘 要】目的：本文主要就妊娠合并子宫肌瘤的诊断以及处理方法进行分析。方法：随机选择2017年在我院就治的56例子宫肌瘤患者，并对患者进行分析。结果：49例患者实施妊娠合并子宫肌瘤剔除作为实验组，取同时其它49例正常组患者作为对照组，所有的产妇排除产后出血以及子宫复旧不良的情况。其中4例患者因为特殊情况没有剔除肌瘤，3例患者能够实现自然分娩。结论：所有患者在病情合理的条件下，实施子宫肌瘤剔除是安全可行，同时此方法没有增加后续手术操作。
