【摘 要】目的：探讨改善睑板腺功能对干眼症临床疗效的影响。方法：选取600例伴有睑板腺功能障碍的干眼症患者为研究对象，分为两组。采取不同方式治疗，并对比治疗效果。结果：治疗组患者的治疗总有效率高于对照组，治疗后治疗组患者的BUT、Shirmer情况，明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对伴有睑板腺功能障碍的干眼症患者采用人工泪液药物点滴治疗联合睑板腺热敷以及按摩，具有良好的效果，值得应用于临床。
