【摘 要】目的：分析人工髋关节置换术治疗股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法：收集2015年3月——2016年3月我院收治的股骨头坏死患者52例作为研究对象，本组患者均接受人工髋关节置换术治疗，所有病例均获得12～24个月随访时间，观察本组患者治疗预后。结果：本组患者治疗优良率为86.54%(45)，其中优34例，良11例，可5例，差2例。结论：临床治疗股骨头坏死中，采用人工髋关节置换术可获得较好效果，值得临床推广应用。

    Abstract Objective： to analyze the clinical effect of artificial hip arthroplasty in the treatment of femoral head necrosis.Methods： 52 patients with avascular necrosis of the femoral head were collected from March 2015 to March 2016. All the patients were treated with artificial hip replacement.
