【摘 要】目的：探讨在低位直肠癌手术患者中采取预防性肠造瘘的临床效果。方法：将我院2017年1月至2017年12月行低位直肠癌手术治疗的患者共计120例为研究样本，将患者平均分组为观察组、对照组。对照组患者仅行低位直肠癌切除术，未实施预防性的肠造瘘干预。观察组患者在该手术治疗基础上行预防性肠造瘘干预，比较两组患者的术后吻合口瘘率及并发症率。结果：观察组吻合口瘘率和术后并发症率分别为3.33%、6.67%，对照组为23.33%、23.33%；观察组平均住院治疗时间为(14.35±2.27)d，对照组为(26.37±3.16)d(P<0.05)。结论：针对行低位直肠癌手术患者实施预防性肠造瘘有利于降低患者吻合口瘘率以及术后并发症率。
