【摘 要】目的 分析保肝药在抗结核治疗初期的预防性应用。方法 采将达州市达川区疾病预防控制中心结核门诊收治的结核病患者186例根据单双数球抽签方式分为两组，对照组(93例患者未使用保肝药治疗)和治疗组(93例患者使用保肝药治疗)，回顾分析两组临床资料并分析转氨酶异常情况。结果 治疗组治疗6个月后发生转氨酶异常(44.09%)明显低于对照组(79.57%)，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对于结核病患者而言，初期予以保肝药治疗能有效减少患者引发肝损伤的几率，值得临床推广应用。
