【摘 要】目的：对比分析不同临床标本微生物检验的阳性率结果。方法：选取我院2016年6月到2016年12月期间采集的临床标本1900份为对照组，以2017年1月到2017年6月期间采集的临床标本1940份为观察组，对两组地细菌阳性率进行检测，并进行比较。结果：对照组中血液、尿液、呼吸道标本阳性率分别为4.2%、9.0%、12.6%；观察组相同标本阳性率分别为8.4%、16.9%、23.2%，组间对比差异均有统计学意义(p<0.05)；两组分泌物标本阳性率对比则无统计学意义(p>0.05)。结论：不同时间段医院临床标本微生物检测能够为临床各科室疾病的诊疗提供参考，有利于提高临床诊断水平，值得推广应用。
