【摘 要】：目的：分析个性化护理在糖尿病护理工作中的应用效果。方法：将我院收治的100例糖尿病患者纳入本次实验，入选病例均来自2015年10月至2017年8月，采取随机抽签 的方式将其均分为两组，将采取个性化护理的50例患者设为干预组，将采取常规护理的50例患者设为对照组，比较两种护理模式的应用效果。结果：干预组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖、糖化血红蛋白较对照组更低，治疗依从性和各项生活质量评分较对照组更高，组间比较P<0.05。结论：对糖尿病患者实施个性化护理利于降低其血糖水平，并提升其治疗依从性和生活质量，值得推广。
