【摘 要】目的 探讨血液透析病人动静脉内瘘再次血栓形成的影响因素。方法 选取60例维持性血液透析动静脉内瘘血栓形成的患者，分为初次形成组(n=32)和再次形成组(n=28)。统计所有患者的临床资料及血液检测指标，分析再次血栓形成的相关因素。结果 血栓初次形成组合并糖尿病、口服阿司匹林、尿激酶溶栓、普通肝素抗凝的比例及HDL-C、TG水平与血栓再次形成组相比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 糖尿病、尿激酶溶栓、普通肝素抗凝等是造成动静脉内瘘血栓再次形成的高危因素，采用口服阿司匹林、维持HDL-C高水平对防治血栓再次形成有重要作用。
