【摘 要】目的：分析妇产科中阴道超声与腹部超声的临床价值。方法：研究对象为我院妇产科就诊的50例妇产科疾病患者，分别采用阴道超声、腹部超声检查，以手术病理结果作为诊断依据，对比不同超声检查方法的临床价值。结果：阴道超声检出总符合率、灵敏度、特异度以及阳性率水平均高于对照组，组间差异显著有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：阴道超声诊断妇产科疾病的准确率较高，但并不能完全取代腹部超声，为了提高临床诊断准确性，临床可采用阴道超声与腹部超声联合检查。
