【摘 要】目的：探究下肢骨折中施以舒适护理临床疗效。方法：调取2017年1月至12月我科室诊治的80例下肢骨折患者资料，分成常规组与试验组，分别施以常规与舒适护理；对比两组下肢关节评分、疼痛评分、并发症及护理满意度。结果：两组相较而言，试验组下肢关节与疼痛评分较优(P<0.05)；试验组并发症产生较少(P<0.05)；试验组满意度较佳(P<0.05)。结论：在下肢骨折中施以舒适护理，可以有效缓解疼痛，减少并发症产生，临床满意度较高，因此能够大力实践与推行。
