【摘 要】：吞咽障碍是脑卒中病人死亡和预后不良的重要危险因素，严重影响患者对营养的摄取和神经功能康复，因此对吞咽困难患者进行早期康复护理，营养支持及心理护理尤为重要，它能有效改善患者吞咽功能，提高患者生存质量。
