【摘 要】：目的探讨手术全期护理降低四肢骨折手术患者压疮发生率的效果及安全性。方法选取84例在我院治疗四肢骨折的患者，分为对比组与干预组各42例，分别给予对比组与干预组常规护理与手术全期护理，对比压疮情况，进行分析。结果干预组压疮发生率明显低于对比组，差异明显，具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论实施手术全期护理，有助于降低患者的压疮发生率，安全性高，促进骨折患者的治疗。
