【摘 要】：目的：就內科老年患者存在的心理问题进行探讨，并提出相应的护理措施。方法：抽取我院内科2016年4月至2017年5月收治的老年患者(150例)为主要研究对象，对其进行心理分析。结论：重视内科老年患者的心理障碍，并给予有效的心理护理措施，可在一定程度上减少内科老年患者各种并发症的发生率，提高其生活质量。

    Abstract Objective： To explore the psychological problems of elderly patients in internal medicine， and to propose corresponding nursing measures. Methods： The elderly patients (150 cases) admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to May 2017 were selected as the main research subjects， and psychological analysis was carried out. Conclusion： Paying attention to the psychological barriers of elderly patients in internal medicine and giving effective psychological nursing measures can reduce the incidence of various complications of elderly patients in internal medicine to a certain extent and improve their quality of life.
