【摘 要】目的：分析通過胺碘酮治疗老年冠心病心律不齐的临床效果。方法：本次研究对象为我院在2017年3月-2018年3月期间接收的老年冠心病心律不齐患者，共96例，随机等分为研究组与参照组，参照组患者给予常规治疗，研究组患者给予胺碘酮治疗，对比两组治疗效果。结果：研究组有效率明显比参照组高；研究组不良反应发生率比参照组低；治疗后，研究组心率明显比参照组低，差异统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：将胺碘酮应用于老年冠心病心律不齐的治疗过程中，能够有效缓解患者心率异常，并降低不良反应的发生几率，具有显著治疗效果，有临床应用价值。
