【摘 要】目的：探讨妇产科临床中阴道流血的病因及诊疗措施。方法：选择2017年1月—2018年1月来我院进行治疗的120例阴道出血患者作为此次研究对象，对影响阴道流血的因素进行分析，并给出相应的诊疗措施和方案。结果：对本次随机选取的120例阴道出血患者进行病情分析之后，发现造成阴道出血的因素种类多，其中病因为子宫肌瘤的最多，为39例(32.5%)。结论：阴道出血是比较常见的妇科疾病，其发病原因多而复杂，只有探明妇产科临床中阴道流血的原因才能够对患者进行有效的诊疗。
