【摘 要】：目的 比较针刀辅助臭氧治疗和单纯针刀治疗早期原发性膝关节骨性关节炎的疗效差异。 方法 对36 例患有早期原发性膝关节骨性关节病的患者进行随机分组，将其分为针刀组与针刀辅助臭氧治疗组，每组各18例。观察治疗前与治疗一疗程后及随访3个月的疗效， 结果 两组患者治疗前后针刀辅助臭氧组较针刀治疗组改善更明显(P<0.05)。 结论 针刀辅助臭氧治疗早期原发性膝关节骨性关节炎的效果比单纯针刀治疗组的效果显著，且随访远期疗效好。
