【摘 要】目的：探讨经阴道与经腹腔镜治疗外生型剖宫产瘢痕妊娠疗效。方法：把我院2015年5月-2018年1月剖宫产瘢痕型妊娠(CSP)患者90例纳入研究，随机分组，各组45例，对照组采取经腹腔镜手术切除妊娠病灶，观察组采取经阴道手术，通过宫颈口切除病灶。观察两组患者的各项指标，并进行对比。结果：观察组术中出血量、手术用时间、治疗总费用、住院时间、血液β-HCG恢复用时间、术后疼痛感各个指标水平明显低于对照组，数据差异存在统计学意义，P<0.05。结论：剖宫产瘢痕型妊娠患者采取经阴道手术可大大地减少手术的出血量、降低对孕妇损伤，还能帮助患者家庭减轻治疗费用的负担，效果显著，值得推广。

    Abstract objective： to explore the curative effect of transvaginal and translaparoscopic treatment of exogenous cesarean section pregnancy.
