【摘 要】：目的 分析低体温护理在结直肠癌手术病人中的价值。方法 选取我院2017年1月～2018年4月收治的结直肠癌患者81例为研究对象，随机单双数法分为对照组40例，观察组41例，分别予以基础护理以及低体温护理。对比两组患者术中、术后观察指标变化，以及护理满意度。结果 观察组患者术中，手术结束时间、拔管时间等观察指标均优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者术后IL-6(白细胞介素-6)、TNF-α(肿瘤坏死因子-α)和对照组比更优，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；观察组患者护理满意度97.56%更高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对结直肠癌手术患者予以低体温护理可改善患者术后恢复状况，降低术后免疫情况，提升护理满意度。
