【摘 要】：目的：探讨小儿肺炎在氧气驱动雾化吸入布地奈德治疗中应用个体化综合护理的临床价值。方法：研究对象是2018.01-2018.06診断为肺炎的56例患儿，均给予氧气驱动雾化吸入布地奈德治疗，将其随机分组后对照组使用常规护理，而观察组使用个体化综合护理，分析其临床价值。结果：两组在临床治疗总有效率之间存在差异性，P<0.05。结论：采用氧气驱动雾化吸入布地奈德治疗的小儿肺炎患者给予个体化综合护理干预的效果较为显著，有利于小儿身体的健康发育。
