【摘 要】目的：观察自体血穴位注射配合玉屏风散内服治疗慢性荨麻疹的的临床疗效。方法：将100例慢性荨麻疹患者随机分为2组，治疗组采用自体血穴位注射配合玉屏风散内服，对照组以氯雷他定片口服。观察两组患者的临床疗效及复发率。结果：两组患者临床疗效比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)，治疗组复发率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：自体血穴位注射配合玉屏风散内服治疗慢性荨麻疹疗效显著，值得临床推广应用。

    Abstract Objective：Objective To observe the clinical effect of acupoint injection of autologous blood combined with Yuping wind powder in the treatment of chronic urticaria. Methods： One hundred patients with chronic urticaria were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group was treated with acupoint injection of autologous blood combined with oral administration of Yupingfeng powder. The control group was treated with loratadine tablets. The clinical efficacy and recurrence rate of the two groups were observed. Results： There was significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups (P < 0.05). The recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P < 0.05).
