【摘 要】目的：探讨老年慢性支气管炎护理中优质护理服务的临床效果。方法：利用电脑随机划分72例老年慢性支气管炎患者为常规组、研究组，其中常规组36例行常规化护理，研究组36例行优质护理服务。统计分析两组护理效果以及护理后生活质量的改善情况。结果：研究组护理效果显著高于常规组，组间差异显著(p<0.05)；研究组生活质量各维度评分高于常规组，组间差异显著(p<0.05)。结论：优质护理服务能够进一步提高老年慢性支气管炎患者临床效果，改善其生活质量，临床应用前景广阔。

    Abstract Objective： To explore the clinical effect of high quality nursing service in nursing care of elderly patients with chronic bronchitis.
