健康教育护理干预对膝关节骨性关节炎的护理效果观察(1)
【摘 要】目的：探讨健康教育护理干预对膝关节骨性关节炎的护理效果。方法：选取我院2017年1月至2018年11月收治的膝关节骨性关节炎患者76名作为研究的对象，按照随机分组的原则把患者划分为研究组和对照组，对照组的患者主要使用常规性的护理措施，研究组的患者在普通护理措施的基础上，两组患者使用不同的护理模式，对照组患者是比较常见的护理，研究组的患者主要增加开展健康教育护理干预工作，具体的护理内容涉及到指导患者开展正确的功能锻炼和健康常识教育。结果：在研究组的患者当中，10名患者治疗达到治愈的状况24名患者治疗达到显效的状态，3名患者的治疗达到好转的状态，1名患者治疗无效研究组的治疗有效率是97.37%，在治疗组的患者当中，7名患者治疗达到治愈的状况13名患者治疗达到显效的状态，12名患者的治疗达到好转的状态，6名患者治疗无效对照组的治疗有效率是84.21%。结论：健康教育护理干预对膝关节骨性关节炎的护理效果较为理想，值得在临床中推广和使用。

Nursing effect of Health Education and Nursing intervention on knee Osteoarthritis
Abstract Objective： to explore the nursing effect of health education and nursing intervention on knee osteoarthritis. The patients in the control group mainly used routine nursing measures， while the patients in the study group used different nursing modes on the basis of ordinary nursing measures. The patients in the control group were more common nursing. The patients in the study group mainly increased their health education and nursing intervention， and the specific nursing contents involved in guiding the patients to carry out correct functional exercises and health common sense education. Results： among the patients in the study group， 10 patients reached the state of cure， 24 patients reached a state of remarkable effect， 3 patients achieved a state of improvement in treatment. In the treatment group， the effective rate of treatment was 97.37. Of the patients in the treatment group， 7 patients reached the state of cure， 13 patients reached a state of remarkable effect， 12 patients achieved a state of improvement in treatment. The effective rate of treatment was 84.21 in the ineffective control group of 6 patients. Conclusion： health education and nursing intervention on knee joint bone The nursing effect of arthritis is ideal and worth popularizing and using in clinic.

膝关节骨性关节炎指的是由于受到了积累性的劳损，或者其他的因素出现的膝关节内组织变性的现象，通常情况下，会存在着软骨退变和损害后的关节内骨折和变形，关节功能会出现退化，甚至存在着严重丧失的现象，关节肿胀疼痛较为明显。一旦人体的关节出现损伤，那么人们的正常生活和工作就会受到严重的影响，甚至行走，面临着急剧的疼痛现象。在对膝关节骨性关节炎的患者进行治疗当中，除了需要实施有效的治疗手段之外，还要辅以合适的护理手段。在护理的手段当中，健康教育护理干预措施，对膝关节骨性关节炎的护理效果较为明显，能够在一定程度上为患者的及时康复提供有效的帮助，同时能够改善患者的疾病认知和治疗信念，强化护理的成效和治疗的效果，推动医患和谐关系的建设。, http://www.100md.com(龚云华)
