【摘 要】从痰饮角度分析Barrett食管的病机，认为本病属于外邪侵犯，或素体脾胃虚弱，导致脾胃升降失职，水湿内停，痰饮由生，停积为有形积块，而产生本病。故以苓桂术甘汤合小半夏汤健脾、温中、化痰饮，加用白花蛇舌草、皂刺、莪术、生薏苡仁等药物，活血化瘀、软坚散结或健脾化湿论治本病，取得了较好的疗效。
