【摘 要】目的：探讨输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗马蹄肾结石的手术配合。方法：回顾性分析我院行输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗的马蹄肾结石患者20例的相关临床资料，对其治疗情况及手术配合进行总结分析。结果：本组20例患者均碎石成功，且手术成功率100.0%，术后均无输尿管撕裂、穿孔等并发症。手术时间平均102.3min，术后临床症状腰痛、尿路感染等完全消失。结论：输尿管软镜钬激光碎石术治疗马蹄肾结石期间加强手术配合效果显著，即利于提升手术成功率，减少并发症，值得应用推广。
