【摘 要】目的：研究艾滋病管理中积极自我管理理论的应用效果。方法：选取本院2012年8月至2017年8月接诊的143例艾滋病感染者，应用积极自我管理理论实施互助管理，比较管理前后患者自我护理能力与健康知识及行为变化情况。结果：管理后患者各项自我护理管理能力评分明显高于管理前(P<0.05)；管理后患者健康知识及行为提升程度明显高于管理前(P<0.05)。结论：应用积极自我管理理论实施艾滋病人互助管理能够有效提高患者自护能力，帮助患者正确认知疾病。
