【摘 要】目的 分析探讨椎管内麻醉后寒颤不同处理方法的效果。方法 选取我院2017年6月到2017年12月108例施行了椎管内麻醉后出现了寒颤的患者作为观察对象，随机分為观察组和对照组，对照组54例，寒颤后输入预加温的生理盐水；观察组54例患者寒颤后静脉注射曲马多。结果 两种方法在处理椎管内麻醉后寒颤均有一定效果，但观察组寒颤症状缓解有效率优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 静脉注射曲马多有利于重症椎管内麻醉后寒颤的缓解。
