【摘 要】目的：探析无抽搐电休克(MECT)治疗对患者心率与血压的影响。方法：将2017年2月～2018年2月我院精神科收治的90例精神病患者纳入研究中，通过数字表法随机分成研究组和常规组，各45例；常规组应用传统电休克(ECT)治疗，研究组应用MECT治疗，对比分析两组治疗前、后血压及心率变化。结果：研究组治疗前后血压、心率变化整体小于常规组(P<0.05)；2组患者治疗前、治疗后60min的心率、舒张压及收缩压均无明显差异(P>0.05)，但治疗后1min差异有统计意义(P<0.05)，治疗后10min心率差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论：在MECT治疗中，患者心率、血压变化小，安全性良好，值得临床应用。
