【摘 要】目的：探讨微生物检验技术在疾病感染预防过程中的应用效果。方法：抽选我院2017年11月-2018年9月228例尿路感染患者。对照组：不实施微生物检验：观察组：实施微生物检验。结果： 观察组患者在菌株感染严重程度方面低于对照组，两组开展对比，差距显著，有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的免疫性下降率7.89%低于对照组的免疫性下降率24.56%，相比较，差距显著，有统计学意义(P<0.5)。结论：微生物检验技术对疾病感染有较高诊断作用，可以为医师提供诊断依据，从而开展预防措施，对疾病感染严重程度做出评价。所以，微生物检验对疾病感染临床价值较高。

    Abstract Objective： To explore the application effect of microbiological testing technology in the prevention of disease infection.
