【摘 要】

    目的：探讨护理干预在预防下肢骨折术后并发深静脉血栓的应用效果。方法：在我院选取74例下肢骨折患者为研究对象，将其抽签分为对照组(采用常规护理措施)和研究组(采用预防性护理措施)，比较两组患者的护理实施效果。结果：干预结束后，研究组患者的深静脉血栓发生率明显低于对照组，护理总体满意度为显著高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论：对下肢骨折术后患者实施预防性护理干预可以明显降低深静脉血栓的发生率，并对护理满意度的提升有很好的促进作用，值得临床推广应用。
