【摘 要】

    目的对比分析不同剂量的罗哌卡因在腰椎间盘突出症手术麻醉中的应用效果。方法观察对象为2017年8月至2018年8月在我科室行手术治疗的90例腰椎间盘突出症患者，随机分为三组，均采用罗哌卡因麻醉，甲组剂量4.5mg，乙组6.0mg，丙组7.5mg，对比麻醉效果。结果甲、乙两组麻醉效果Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级比率、感觉阻滞起效时间、运动阻滞1级、2级比率、追加药物比率对比差异明显，甲、丙两组麻醉效果Ⅰ级、Ⅱ级比率、感觉阻滞起效时间、运动阻滞1级、2级比率、追加药物比率对比差异明显，乙、丙两组运动阻滞1级、2级对比差异明显，P<0.05；乙、丙两组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ级比率、感觉阻滞起效时间、追加药物比对比差异无统计意义，甲、乙、丙三组不良反应出现率对比无统计意义，P>0.05。结论6.0mg的罗哌卡因在腰椎间盘突出症手术麻醉中的应用效果最优。
