【摘 要】

    目的：探讨脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者手术室系统化护理配合的效果。方法：选取在我院接受治疗的脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者共92例作为实验对象，按照随机分配原则将其分为观察组和对照组两组，每组46例患者。结果：观察组手术用时及术中出血情况和不良反应显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：临床对脊柱骨折合并脊髓损伤患者应用手术室系统化护理配合，可有效提升手术成功率，降低手术用时与出血量指标，减少术后不良反应的发生率，方案值得推广。
