漱泰生物多糖抗菌(冲洗)含漱溶胶液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎临床疗效观察(1)
【摘 要】
目的：评价漱泰生物多糖抗菌(冲洗)含漱溶胶液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床疗效。方法：选取在我院治疗的172例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿。根据随机数值表法患儿分为治疗组与对照组，每组各有患儿86例。对照组患儿对照组采用注射用重组人干扰素α1b雾化治疗，治疗组患儿采用漱泰生物多糖抗菌(冲洗)含漱溶胶液进行含漱治疗。比较两组患儿的总有效率与症状消失时间。结果：治疗后治疗组的总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.001)。治疗组发热消退时间、流涎消失时间与疱疹消失时间等症状消失时间均较对照组显著降低(P<0.001)。所有患儿均未发生严重不良反应。结论：漱泰生物多糖抗菌(冲洗)含漱溶胶液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎疗效更高，症状消失时间更短，且没有发生任何不良反应，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract Objective：
To evaluate the efficacy of antibacterial (flushing) sputum sol solution in the treatment of herpetic angina. Methods：A total of 172 children with herpetic angina were treated in our hospital were included. 172 children were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group， with 86 cases in each group. In the control group， the control group was treated with injection of recombinant human interferon α1b， and the treatment group was treated with Shutai Bio-polysaccharide antibacterial (rinsing) cerium-containing sol solution for the treatment. The total effective rate and time to symptom disappearance were compared between the two groups. Results：The total effective rate of the treatment group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.001). The time of disappearance of fever， the disappearance time of salivation and the disappearance time of herpes were significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P<0.001). No serious adverse reactions occurred in all patients. Conclusion：Shutai Bio-polysaccharide antibacterial (rinsing) cerium-containing sol solution is more effective in treating herpetic angina， the time of disappearance of symptoms is shorter， and no adverse reactions occur. It is worthy of clinical application.

疱疹性咽峡炎是婴幼儿多发的口腔黏膜疾病，患儿主要由柯萨奇病毒感染而发病，由于婴幼儿呼吸系统与免疫系统未发育完善，因此，该疾病在婴幼儿中有较高的发病率。疱疹性咽峡炎常累及咽喉、口腔部，一些患儿可能累及胃肠道。疱疹性咽峡炎患儿如未得到及时的诊断和治疗，可能引起多种并发症，严重影响患儿身体健康[1]。本院采用漱泰生物多糖抗菌(冲洗)含漱溶胶液治疗疱疹性咽峡炎取得了较好的疗效，现报导如下，旨在为疱疹性咽峡炎的治疗提供理论依据。
1 资料与方法
1.1 研究对象 选取2015年5月至2018年9月间在我院治疗的172例疱疹性咽峡炎患儿。纳入标准：⑴患儿体格、体征、临床表现及实验室检查符合《实用儿科学》中规定的疱疹性咽峡炎诊断标准；⑵患儿均进行住院治疗并顺利完成治疗。排除标准：⑴合并免疫功能障碍患儿；⑵心功能障碍及合并心功能不全患儿；⑶合并全身严重感染、腹泻、泌尿系统感染及肺部感染患儿。本研究经过我院伦理委员会的批准，患儿家属均签署了知情同意书。, 百拇医药(孙浩淼)
