【摘 要】目的：研究探讨延伸护理对宫颈癌患者化疗后生命质量的改善效果。方法：选取110例宫颈癌化疗患者，随机分成对照组与观察组，对照组患者于出院当天给予常规出院健康指导，观察组患者在对照组的基础上实施延伸护理，分别在出院时及出院3个月后采用生命质量测定量表(QLQ-30)对两组患者患者生命质量情况进行评价。结果：两组患者出院时QLQ-30评分相近，差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);出院3个月后，两组患者OLQ-30均明显降低，与出院时比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)，而观察组患者QLQ-30评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：对宫颈癌化疗患者应用延伸护理效果显著，可有效改善患者化疗后生命质量，值得在临床中进行推广。

    Abstract Objective：to study the effect of extended care on the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer after radiotherapy.Methods：110 patients with cervical cancer undergoing radiotherapy were randomly divided into control group and observation group.
