【摘 要】本文旨在探讨我院临床药学护理的必要性和可行性，对临床不合理处方进行统计分析，并结合实践对我院临床药学护理的经验进行评价。我院自开展临床药学服务以来，取得了良好的社会效益和经济效益，但仍存在医疗人员观念障碍、监测设备投入不足等问题。
