【摘 要】目的：分析头颈部结外淋巴瘤的临床表现，提高该类疾病的诊断管理。方法：回顾性分析45例头颈部淋巴瘤患者的临床资料，记录患者年龄，性别，病变位置，临床表现及组织学诊断结果。结果：45例病例中包括32名男性和13名女性，中位年龄为57岁。其中 B细胞淋巴瘤最为常见。位置主要是腭扁桃体及舌根，鼻腔及鼻窦，鼻咽部、腮腺或甲状腺。结论：头颈部结外淋巴瘤发病率虽不高，但临床表现多变，与发病位置和组织学类型相关。作为临床医生应结合病情，加强对该类疾病的诊断意识，提高诊断率。
