【摘 要】分级诊疗在合理配置卫生资源，缓解医患矛盾等方面具有重大意义。本文介绍了目前分级诊疗的现状，针对具体情况进行了原因分析，并提出医联体模式助推分级诊疗制度的落实，为各地完善现有分级诊疗机制提供有益借鉴。

    Abstract Graded diagnosis and treatment is of great significance in rational allocation of health resources and alleviating the contradiction between doctors and patients. This paper introduces the current situation of graded diagnosis and treatment， analyses the causes according to the specific situation， and puts forward the mode of Medical Association to promote the implementation of graded diagnosis and treatment system， which can provide useful reference for improving the existing graded diagnosis and treatment mechanism in various places.
