【摘 要】本文介绍樊志敏教授治疗肛门湿疮临床经验。樊志敏教授认为湿疮发病与“风”、“湿”密切相关，多因禀赋不耐，脾失健运，内生湿热，兼有风湿热浸淫肌肤内外两邪相搏所致。急性湿疹多以热、毒为主，慢性湿疹多以虚、瘀为主。樊志敏教授治疗肛门湿疮风、湿并重，治疗上以利湿、祛风为主，兼以健脾、滋阴、养血之法，以“苦参汤”化裁外洗，以达“祛风除湿、杀虫止痒”之功，取得了较好的临床疗效，且费用低廉，患者易于接受，值得借鉴。
