【摘 要】目的：探讨苯溴马隆治疗高尿酸血症伴慢性肾脏病患者肾功能水平的影响。方法：收集2017年4月～2018年4月我院收治的80例高尿酸血症伴慢性肾脏病患者的临床资料，对照组(n=40)、观察组(n-40)分别采用碳酸氢钠片与苯溴马隆治疗，评估两组患者的临床疗效与相关指标。结果：观察组总有效率97.50%、对照组70.00%(P<0.05);观察组患者的血尿酸、血肌酐、血清胱抑素水平明显低于对照组(P<0.05)，但两组尿素氮水平比较不具有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论：高尿酸血症伴慢性肾脏病患者采用苯溴马隆治疗，临床疗效确切，有助于改善患者的肾功能水平，可为临床用药提供借鉴。

    Abstract Objective：To investigate the effect of benzbromarone on renal function in patients with hyperuricemia and chronic kidney disease.Methods：The clinical data of 80 patients with hyperuricemia and chronic kidney disease admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to April 2018 were collected.
