“院校协作规范化培训”对实习护生学习成效的影响研究(1)
【摘 要】目的:探讨“院校协作规范化培训”对实习护生学习成效的影响,以促进护生职业态度、情感和能力的培养。方法:采用整群抽样法,用自制的学习成效影响因素问卷表调查了137名实习护生,针对学习成效影响因素给予规范化培训,用临床综合评价作为学习成效评定指标,并比较规范化培训前后的学习成效。结果: 规范化培训后,实习护生学习成效明显提高,2=18.36,P<0.01。结论: 院校协作规范化培训能有效提高实习护生的学习效率,更好地为病人服务。【关键词】实习护生;学习成效;协作;规范化培训;素质培养
