【摘 要】目的：分析高脂血标本对临床检验项目的干扰与消除方法。方法：随机挑选我院2017年9月至2018年9月临床生化检验高脂血症患者62例，将其作为观察组。选取同期血脂正常体检者60例作为对照组。对照两组观察对象血标本检验结果与乙醚提纯后的检验结果。结果：血标本直接生化检验后ALT、TP、AST以及Cr，观察组与对照组各项数据均具有明显差异，检验P<0.05，具有统计学意义;经乙醚提纯后，对照组与观察组各项指标无明显差异，且对照组各项指标无区别(P>0.05)，观察组患者提纯前后各项数据差异显著(P<0.05)，符合统计学意义。结论：高脂血标本会对临床生化检验结果准确性构成影响，可应用乙醚提纯高脂血标本后送检，以此降低或消除对检验结果产生的干扰。
