【摘 要】目的：分析研究缺血性脑卒中后交叉性失语患者的治疗效果。方法：回顾性分析缺血性脑卒中后交叉性失语1例资料，评价治疗效果。结果：通过治疗，患者命名、理解、复述及口语表达改善，仍存在部分物体命名、计算、书写及阅读障碍。结论：影响缺血性脑卒中后交叉性失语的预后是多因素的。

    Abstract Objective：To analyze the therapeutic effect of crossed aphasia after ischemic stroke. Method：Retrospectively analyzation of a crossed aphasia case after ischemic stroke to evaluate the therapeutic effect. Results：After the treatment， the patients' denomination， comprehension， retelling and oral expression were improved， and there were still some anomia， calculation， writing and reading disorders. Conclusion：The prognosis of crossed aphasia after ischemic stroke is multifactorial.
