【摘 要】目的：分析探讨小儿哮喘患儿采取布地奈德雾化吸入治疗的临床效果以及机体免疫功能改变情况。方法：选取特定阶段内我院治疗的小儿哮喘患儿进行分组研究。结果：观察组各项表现优于对照组。结论：对于小儿哮喘患儿，采取布地奈德雾化吸入治疗，能够显著改善患儿气道炎症情况，提高患儿转化生长因子β以及CRP水平，从而加强患儿的肺功能，对于改善哮喘症状具有积极意义，适合在支气管哮喘的临床治疗中应用。
